FACILITIES & FIXTURES

Since the School’s first recorded sporting fixture in 1861, sport has been a core part of every Reptonian’s experience. For many, this is a daily occurrence as they chase their sporting aspirations. For others, it is a staging post in ensuring that physical activity remains a lifelong pursuit. Repton is the place for both of these, and everything in between.

SPORTS FIXTURES

Over 80% of Reptonians represent the School in at least one sport and every pupil participates in sport at least three times per week.

Sports Fixture Calendar and Results

Each focus sport has a significant external fixture programme, for all teams at all levels, against other schools and clubs.

The 1st teams and Junior A teams play in a range of Regional and National Cup competitions, allowing our athletes to compete against the very best in their age group. 1st teams also have the opportunity to compete against older ages groups such as University and Club teams to stretch and test their skills. The 1st team programme also benefits from stretching over at least two terms.

There is a full programme of House matches, competitions, and fixtures in the Wider Sports provision, meaning that all pupils have the chance to play competitive sport at least once per week.
